Important Information

Adaptive Aids, Minor Home Modifications, and Dental Treatment are all services offered in the CLASS Program. There is an annual limit of $10,000 for Adaptive Aids & Dental Treatment combined and a $10,000 lifetime limit for Minor Home Modifications.
